By using Dreamline Transport and Tours (“Services”), you agree to these terms.

1. Services

  • Transportation (e.g., airport transfers) and guided tours across Jamaica.
  • All bookings subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment required to confirm reservations.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellation made 48 hours or more in advance: Will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellation made between 24 hours and 48 hours is advance: will be eligible for 50% refund
    • Cancellation made less than 24 hours: No refund will made provided.
  • Prices in USD . Taxes included.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate personal/immigration details.
  • Comply with safety rules during tours (e.g., seatbelts, no alcohol in vehicles).
  • Damages to vehicles/tour property payable by user.

4. Liability Limitations

  • Not liable for delays/cancellations due to:
    • Natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
    • User negligence (e.g., missing departure).
  • Maximum liability capped at 150% of service cost.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, text, images) owned by Dreamline Transport and Tours. Unauthorized use prohibited.

6. Governing Law

  • Governed by Jamaican law. Disputes resolved in Kingston courts.

7. Termination

  • We may terminate services for user violations (e.g., fraud, safety risks).

8. Changes to Terms

  • Revised terms effective immediately upon posting.
